Jayz and his wife Beyoncé have been alleged recently by their black fans in the US to have encouraged low black participation in their abroad businesses as they were seen to have  taken pictures with their foreign executives and Jayz and his wife were the only blacks in the pictures.

   He before then spoke against this act as a form of racism practice but is now found guity of same. Their fans are asking if they are in any way showing to the world that black workforce are incompetent or whether are no blacks to head their businesses. Beyoncé has not responded to these allegations but attempts have been made to contact her through her manager.
