Flood disaster claims lives and destroys property in Akoko-Edo

The heavy downpour of rain in Edo state destroyed people’s properties, made many homeless, grounded school activities, and made school environment unbearable for pupils.At least two person have been confirmed dead and several others injured in a flood disaster that occurred in Igara, the administrative headquarters of Akoko-Edo Local Government Area.
Mc Donald Urunokha reports that several buildings and property running into millions of Naira were also destroyed in the disaster that occurred on Sunday.
