People in AJ City, Lagos state Nigeria, were surprised to
see a couple engaging in sex in public.
The man and woman are behind bars after they were found naked and having sex in front of a church in AJ City. Police were called about 7:00 p.m. on Friday, and they arrived at the St. Luke United Methodist Church on Pennsylvania Ave. Officers said that they found Johnson and Ruth Haney, both 50 years old, with no clothes and having sex on the sidewalk right in front of the church under the cross on the wall.
Police said that the couple had sex in full view of pedestrians and passing vehicles. When officers arrived, the couple was ordered to get up and get dressed. According to police, both Johnson and Ruth Haney were intoxicated. They were unsteady on their feet and had slurred speech. Johnson and Ruth Haney were arrested for participating in an act of lewdness, indecent exposure and public drunkenness.
