500 level, faculty of Law female student Joyce , allegedly stole clothes from a Illinois boutique located in a street named BDPA on Wednesday, August 6, 2014. 4:57pm, as Mr. Williams told Shalloma's Blog Reporter he was returning to the store when he saw Joyce leaving with items including a dress, shirts and jewelry.
